Igor LytovchenkoPresident Kyivstar
Mr. Lytovchenko is one of the Company’s founders. He is a graduate of Kyiv State University, specializing in history, and the Ukrainian State Academy of Communications, specializing in economics. He is a corresponding member of the Academy of Communications of Ukraine and the International Informatization Academy, as well as a full member of the International Academy of Communications. 
Martin FurusethChief Operation Officer
From the 1st of September Martin Furuseth took over the position as Chief Operating Officer in Kyivstar. Martin is Norwegian, and has long experience in various IT- and Telecom companies. After 10 years in various management positions in Telenor, Martin has spent the last 8 years in Germany, working for companies like O2 and Compaq. Martin comes to Kyivstar from the position as Senior Vice President Global Sales at Siemens Mobile Phones (now BenQ). 
Andrew SimmonsChief Financial Officer
Mr. Andrew Simmons has been appointed as CFO of Kyivstar and started his work on 19th June. Mr. Simmons is 47 years old, a British citizen and a qualified member of the Certified Institute of Management Accountants in London, UK. He worked continually in Russia since 1993, mostly in Pepsi-Cola for 8 years in various senior finance positions in Moscow and St.Petersburg including Finance Director for North West Russia for 3 years. Since 2002 was CFO in a Russian food production and distribution company and CFO for a large Russian pharmaceutical distributor with foreign investment from The Carlyle Group, a US private equity firm. Prior to coming to Russia, Andrew qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, in London and worked for Ernst & Young as a business management consultant in England. 
Yogesh MalikChief Technical Officer
Yogesh Malik came to Kyivstar top-management team on 1st of April 2006, having more than 12 years of operational experience in the field of telecommunications. He worked both with fixed—lines and mobile communications technologies. First four carrier-years Yogesh collaborated with AT&T/Tata and Ericsson, developed and directed decisions on many project in India and Sweden. Then he worked in top-management of international mobile operator TIW (nowadays known as Vodafone) in Canada, Japan, Brazil and Czechia. In 2005 Yogesh Malik acted as Chief Technical Officer of GrameenPhone Company in Bangladesh. 
Volodymyr TkachukAdministrative Director
Mr. Tkachuk previously served as our Commercial Director and advised our commercial department on economic matters. He has a degree in geomorphology and a Ph.D. in geological and mineral sciences from the State Research Institute of Chemistry and Physics of Minerals of the Ukraine Academy of Sciences. 
Elena KropivianskaHR and Organization Development Director
Elena Kropivianska joined Kyivstar team on February 23, 2004 and her first task was to form function of staff recruitment and development. Starting from March 2, 2007 Elena is a head of HR division. Elena got a master’s degree in the field of international economics and international business management (Kyiv National Economic University) and advanced her training skills at Indiana Training Exports, Inc., USA (1996), «Management of organisations», USAID, Indiana, USA (1996); «Projects and programmes evaluation», Evaluation Trust, UK (1999) etc. She has a solid experience in training and consulting in the field of organisation management, in programmes of personal and professional development, project management.
