Most of your questions in February referred to the details of new favorable offer «More warm words» for Kyivstar prepaid subscribers, specials «Friendly talk» for Mobilych subscribers and «DJUICE Disco» for DJUICE subscribers.
Im pleased to inform you that 71,4% of customer questions in February 2008 were solved during their first claim to Kyivstar call-centre and the average mark for servicing reached 4,39 points. This is the highest mark since the introduction of service quality mark program. But we are constantly working for reaching the mark «excellent».
That is very important for us to be helping for you, our customers, and making your usage of our services more pleasant and comfortable.
We would like to remind you the number 466*55 and want to encourage you to call and fill in the form, as far as such marks, received at customers initiative, are more objective. They make us understand what our customers expect from us and what we must do to provide the perfect service quality.

- ISC service evaluation while visiting information-service centers (individual calls of the clients to the number IVR466*55),
- Call Center 1 telephone service evaluation by professionals of the call-center (individual calls of the clients to the number IVR466*55),
- Call Center 2 telephone service evaluation by professionals of the call-center (grades after service of those clients, who stayed on line of the call-center).
