Credit transfer | | Contract subscribers can independently transfer money from their mobile account to another. They can top up mobile accounts of their friends and relatives if their accounts are registered on one person.
This service is especially useful for subscribers who are staying in roaming or leave in remote places and have no possibility to top up accounts.
General information about this service
For private persons:
- Contract subscriber private person, can transfer money only between personal accounts which are registered on his name.
- Maximum sum of transfer (sending) per day 100.00 UAH.
- To that group also relates subscribers private persons, who are included into corporation, but have different accounts registered on their names.
For legal entities:
- Contract subscriber legal entity, can transfer and receive within private accounts, which belong only to that subscriber.
- Maximal one-time sum of transfer (sending) 100.00 UAH. Maximal sum of transfer per day is unlimited.
HOW DOES THIS SERVICE WORK
To transfer money from one handset to another one should:

Dial on his or her handset query on money transfer as follows:
*124*ÕÕÕ*380ÕÕÕÕÕÕÕÕÕ# (sum) (subscribers number) than press CALL key.
After you receive a USSD-response which content subscribers number, the sum of a transfer and transfer confirmation code (we recommend you to note transfer confirmation code).

Money transfer confirmation:
Check if the subscriber number and the sum which you are going to transfer are correct. If everything is right, dial on your mobile command of transfer confirmation as follows:
*125*XXXX#, where ÕÕÕÕ is a special code of transfer confirmation, which you receive as a reply on your inquiry and press CALL key.
Transfer should be confirmed within 5 minutes, otherwise money would not be transferred. If you made a mistake or changed your mind do not send confirmation and transaction will be canceled in a 5 minutes.
If everything is done right you will receive a notification that money transfer inquiry is accepted:
Vash zapyt pryjnjato (your inquiry is accepted).
When transaction is accomplished you will receive an SMS containing confirmation of transaction and number of operation.
For example:
Vy perekazaly XX grn. abonentu 380XXÕÕÕÕÕÕX. ID tranzakcii: XXXXXÕÕÕÕÕÕÕ (you have transferred XX UAH to subscriber 380XXÕÕÕÕÕÕX. Transaction ID: XXXXXÕÕÕÕÕÕÕ)
Also SMS about money transfer will be automatically sent to the number on which you transferred the money.

HOW TO CHECK YOUR BALANCE STATUS
In order to check your balance status dial from your mobile *111# and press a CALL key.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Kyivstar does not hold any special offers or competitions using the credit transfer service and account recharge codes. Subscriber is responsible for using the credit transfer service and for not disclosing recharge codes to the third parties.
- Service activates according to the written application filled by subscriber in the customer care centers.
- Subscriber defines on his own for which contract telephone numbers money sending and receiving functions will be available.
- Minimal sum which may be transferred is 5 UAH.
- Transfer sum should be divisible by 1 UAH (without kopeks).
- In order to transfer money sender have to have enough money on his or her account. To make the minimal money transfer (5 UAH) one has to have on his account 10.00 UAH.
- Maximum number of receiving operations is 2 times per day.
- The service is rendered to the subscriber after initial deposit is used.
- The number of sending operations per day is not limited.
