Service features

1. Service control by coordinator from any computer connected to Internet via web-interface.

You can:

  • link up subscribers of corporation to service
  • change parameters or service settings independently at any time

2. Corporation address book creation with name assignment, opportunity to search subscriber entering name or surname.

3. Short numbers usage for more convenient mobile communications inside corporation.

Available range of short numbers:

  • from 2000 up to 2999
  • from 6000 up to 6999
  • from 9000 up to 9999

Corporation defines and sets up independently necessary short numbers to its subscribers. Via short numbers customers can make calls and send MMS within organization.

4. Opportunity to restrict outgoing calls of subscribers depending on following profiles:

  • time and day of week
  • call direction

5. Calls, SMS/MMS, GPRS services statistics for previous 90 days.

You can get information about any number included into your corporation in a few seconds.

Statistics includes:

  • type of calls
  • number of minutes, SMS, MMS or transferred data
  • cost of calls, SMS, MMS or transferred data

Besides, you can make request and get detailed bill to your computer on any corporation number, save it, print or forward via email.

6. «Group Hunting» function guarantees that you won’t miss any single call from your partners even at free time and weekends.

How does it work? You order separate «Office number» (+38067—XXX-XX-XX) and activate «Group Hunting» function. While calling on this number your business partners would hear your personal greeting, then call is redirected to selected numbers of your employees:

  • either consequently (if first subscriber won’t answer, call is redirected to second, third number, etc.),
  • or simultaneously (call is simultaneously redirected to all selected numbers)

You can change list of phone numbers to which calls are redirected, depending on day of week and time of day. You can appoint from 2 to 10 numbers — none of calls will be missed.

7. «Virtual secretary» function will help your partners to connect with wanted employee of your company in more convenient and simple way.

How does it work? While calling to «Office number» your respondent will hear personal greeting and would be proposed select connection with certain department or worker pressing corresponding button at hand-set keyboard. In order to manage «Virtual secretary» function, record greetings or listen to IVR-information Coordinator of your company should call 475 (calls are free within Kyivstar).

8. «Calls queue» function allows to distribute rationally flow of incoming calls that are coming to the number of the most wanted employee.

9. «Office secretary» function allows to manage incoming calls on-the-fly.

How does it work? Your secretary could see on the computer screen numbers of all subscribers who are currently calling to «Office number» in real time. It gives an opportunity to answer in time the call you’re expecting.

In order to control «Calls queue», «Office secretary» and personal greeting recording, Coordinator of your company should dial 475 (free within Kyivstar network). Besides, Coordinator can control all indicated functions via web-interface.

How to connect:

Service connection is done via coordinator of corporation.

You can learn about service connection calling 466 (free of charge from Kyivstar number) or 466 3 466 (separate line for Coordinators) as well as at Service centers of Kyivstar and dealer centers.

Service is granted only to legal persons — corporate clients of Kyivstar.
