• WAP-cameras in real time with the help of «Mobile TV» service
• List of places where WAP-cameras are installed;
• Create your own schedule of getting MMS-images from WAP-camera.

Short number 3000

• Send empty SMS to 3000 number, in order to get list of cities where WAP-cameras are installed and city-codes;
• Send city-code to 3000 and get list of WAP-cameras and their codes;
• Send camera-code to 3000 and in a few seconds you get MMS-image from WAP-camera.

At present WAP-cameras are installed in Kyiv, Lviv, Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhe, Kharkov, Donetsk, Chernovtsy, Ivano-Frankovsk and Uzhgorod. Number of cities, in which «WAP-cameras» service is available and list of places is constantly increased!

While visiting wap.starport.com.ua you pay only for WAP-access according to your tariff plan. MMS-image cost is 1 UAH. *

Cost of watching video by means of «Mobile TV» service is 1.00 UAH*. Charging principle is per 1 second.

Cost of every SMS-request to short number 3000 is 0.05 UAH.

In order to make use of «WAP-cameras» service one should have mobile phone with set-up WAP, MMS or Mobile TV services.
