Bulk SMS and MMS sending is a service that allows you to send your clients, partners or colleagues an SMS or MMS with advertisement or information via convenient web-interface in an easy, quick and cost-saving manner.

  • MMS information sharing: special offers, goods arrival, invitations to an event;

Entering service web-interface for Coordinator

  • Enter «My Kyivstar» system using your login and password
  • A web-page will open. Look at the left column of the table. Click the personal account for which the service is enabled.
  • Subscriber number will appear in the middle column. Click this number. Choose «Service Review» option from the drop-down menu
  • Find «Bulk SMS and MMS Sending» under the «Services for Organizations» category and press the «Bulk SMS and MMS Sending Management» link. You will go to the «Create bulk sending» section of the service web-interface.

Bulk sending creation

  • Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk.
  • Input alphanumeric name — message receiver will see this name instead of the sender’s phone number;
  • Compose message text/or add multimedia files, specifying phone number for feedback;
  • Add manually or download from a file phone numbers of the receivers for the bulk sending;
  • With bulk sending to less than 1000 numbers you can specify «Bulk sending schedule» if you wish to. If the number of receivers is 1000 or more, schedule creation is mandatory.
  • Check the input information by sending a test SMS or MMS to the chosen number
  • Start the bulk sending by pressing the «Send» button.

Tariffs and payment

  • Service enable — not rated;
  • Alphanumeric name — not rated;
  • SMS and MMS tariffs depend on the delivery direction and number of the sent messages in a calendar month. Send more messages and pay less for the next ones.
  • «No subscription fee» special offer: if you enable this service before December 31, 2011 the subscriber fee for the first two calendar months will be not ticketed. Starting with the third calendar month subscription fee will be 50 UAH per month.

The tariffs are given in hryvnas including VAT. Additionally a pension tax is withheld in an amount of 7.5% from the service cost excluding VAT.

Example of calculation: you send 2,000 SMS-messages, among them 1,400 SMS — to the Kyivstar numbers and 600 — to other networks. In this case, first 1,000 SMS to the Kyivstar numbers are tariffed by 13 kop., next 400 — by 12 kop., and the 600 SMS to other networks — by 18 kop.

How to Enable

Company coordinator or an authorized person can enable the service at the Kyivstar Subscribers Service Centers by signing a corresponding agreement.
