How to pay

For the corporate customers we offer the following account replenishment options:

• non-cash payment;
• cash payment;
• credit Transfer;
• replenishment of the account using scratch-cards (or replenishment vouchers).
  

Non-cash payment

Non-cash transfer from the customer’s account to "Kyivstar«’s bank account through bank based on a payment order. Youhave to prepare a correct payment order specifying the bank details of the payer, recipient and payment details.

Cash payment

• cash payment to "Kyivstar«’s bank account at any bank based on the correctly prepared receipt specifying the bank details, recipient and payment details;
• cash payment through the cash desk of the bank that has an agreement with «Kyivstar» about the immediate money transfer (WEB cash desks). Mandatory condition: you have to know customer’s number and its legal owner.

Credit Transfer

You can transfer and receive money between the personal accounts within the same company code (OKPO), from one mobile phone to another one. To be able to transfer credit you have to make sure that this service is enabled by the operator (to receive credits you do not need to have this service enabled).

In order to make a credit transfer it is necessary to create a query using a mobile phone:
*124*×××*380×××××××××# call
××× — amount to be transferred,
××××××××× — customer’s number.

The system will generate a reply to the query you sent, which will specify the customer’s number of the credit recipient, amount and confirmation code.

To confirm a credit transfer, dial:
*125*××××# call
×××× — confirmation code that was sent in response to your query. A confirmation should be submitted within 5 minutes, otherwise your credit transfer will be cancelled. In case of successful credit transfer the transfer initiator will receive SMS with transfer confirmation and transaction number.

• Minimum transfer amount — UAH 5.
• Maximum transfer amount — UAH 100.
• Transfer amount should be divisible by UAH 1 (no kopecks).
• Account balance after transfer — UA 5.
• For successful credit transfer the initial account balance should not be less than UAH 10.

Replenishment using the scratch-cards (or replenishment vouchers)

Unified scratch-card — is a card for account replenishment available for contract customers and prepaid service customer. The cards have the following nominal values: UAH 25, 50, 100+3, 300+10.

Bonuses:
+ UAH 3 if account is replenished by UAH 100;
+UAH 10 if account is replenished by UAH 300.

Replenishment voucher — is an account replenishment code available for the contract customers or prepaid service customers, which can be obtained via POS-terminal. Available voucher nominal values: UAH 25, 50, 100+3, 300+10.

Replenishment options:

1. using USSD
   *123* ××××××××××××××# call,
   where ×××××××××××××× — is an account replenishment code;
2. using voice menu (IVR):
   • call to 433 and enter the account replenishment code following the instructions of the automatic teller;
   • call to 444 and enter the replenishment code from the scratch-card following the instructions of the automatic teller;
3. via SMS — to replenish your account you have to send a message with the following text ×××××××××××××× to phone number 444, where ×××××××××××××× — is an account replenishment number.
