To subscribe for corporate contract from Kyivstar Company you have to submit the following documents:

• Company registration certificate.
• VAT or single tax payer certificate.
• Regional statistics department certificate on including to Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine.
• Bank details of the company.
• Passport of the citizen of Ukraine *.
