My Kyivstar | | What is «My Kyivstar» and «My DJUICE»? «My Kyivstar» and «My DJUICE» is info-analytical online system, developed by Kyivstar in order to create the most comfortable and simple environment for customers service and speeding-up of the interaction process of client and operator. System is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. At any convenient time subscriber can visit my.kyivstar.ua or my.djuice.com.ua and get necessary data about granted services and check his expenditures on them. An opportunity to track the history and dynamics of you own expenses in «My Kyivstar» system allows to control and plan your «mobile budget» effectively, as well as analyze the most expensive items and set up priorities on services using intensity. What is enrolling procedure for? After enrolling youll get SMS with the personal password. In such a way Kyivstar protects its subscribers from possible unauthorized access of third parties to the personal data (information concerning expenses on mobile number and other confidential data).
How to enroll? Contract subscribers (physical persons), prepaid and DJUICE subscribers can enroll independently. For that on need:
- Visit my.kyivstar.ua (for contract and prepaid subscribers) or my.djuice.com.ua (for DJUICE subscribers) and click on «Enroll» section;
- Enter you subscribers number;
- As result youll get SMS with your personal login and password for logging in «My Kyivstar».
For legal persons enrolling is possible only via Coordinator. One should:
- Visit Customer Care Center and draw up an application for coordinator rights registration
- After submitting an application, coordinator automatically gets SMS with login and password for access to My Kyivstar system.
- During first visit coordinator has to change password enter secret question and accept terms and conditions.
- Henceforth, coordinator registers employees of the organization and grants access to them.
What should be done in case if SMS with password is not received?
Below given situations can be the reasons for SMS-failure:
1. Perhaps, the mobile number was entered incorrectly while enrolling. In this case, one shoud repeat all procedure from the very beginning.
2. Perhaps, theres no place for SMS in your mobile, check it out.
3. If the reason is unclear, one should address Kyivstar Customer Care Center. What should be done if the password is forgotten? If you have forgotten your password for «My Kyivstar» system, you can make use of «Password retrieval» link on my.kyivstar.ua or my.djuice.com.ua.

My Kyivstar and My DJUICE use HTTPS protocol, which supports encryption while data transferring. System can be used only by authorized customers (personal login and password).
Is it possible to access My Kyivstar or My DJUICE from any computer? You can use My Kyivstar or My DJUICE from any computer connected to Internet. While logging in, use your personal login and password.
What browser can be used for My Kyivstar? Microsoft Internet Explorer (6.0 and higher), Mozilla/FireFox (1.0.7 and higher), Opera (8.0 and higher).
How much does it cost? Starting from 1st February 2007, several functions of «My Kyivstar» system will be charged. Please, pay attention that you wont pay monthly fee, charging is introduced only for detailed bills requested during current month.
Immediately after registration you can scroll through expenses for current month at special rate 1 UAH (for each request during month). Special rate is valid till the end of current month and one more calendar month as well. After this period first request during month is 5 UAH, all the following request 1 UAH per each.

- Payment for detailed bill is charged from subscribers balance.
