1. To buy a Card, first of all, you should apply to specialized retailing outlets that sell both Kyivstar and other operators’ account refilling cards.

2. When buying a Card in any other place, try to refill your account and check its balance at once in presence of the person you have just bought it from.

3. When buying a Card, take the bill, which is a document that confirms the fact of buying a Card. You need to keep the bill up to the moment when the refilling of your account is confirmed by the operator.

case some technical problems occur in the process of refilling your account with the purchased Card (a code number was accidently scratched, a Card has some mechanical damages, etc.), please, apply to our operator by dialing 466 and get the information how to restore the account refilling code.

case any other problems occur in the process of refilling your account with the purchased Card (a Card was used before or it was fabricated), please, apply directly to the retailing outlet where you have bought this Card. In case such problems occur with refilling your account you have the right to file a complaint directly to customer protection authorities and law enforcement bodies.
