Cell broadcast

This service allows receiving messages from base stations about location in the certain settlement of Ukraine.

General information about this service

The name of the settlement will be displayed on the screen of the handset transliterated from the Ukrainian. Now information transmission is supported only about the location of a subscriber — information channel #50. Other channels No.’s are not used.

CELL BROADCAST option should be activated in the handset using manuals for different types of terminals.

Tariffication

Cell Broadcast service is provided for all Kyivstar GSM company subscribers free of charge.
