• subscriber should be served in Kyivstar network at least 4 months;
• average revenue per user (ARPU) for last 4 months — at least UAH 40 for every subscriber’s number on personal account;
• subscriber doesn’t use others credit programmes;
• exhaust first payment;
• sum of bill on personal account should be .
