New charging policy
Forget about per minute payment and over expenditures for accessing Internet via mobile handset. Now you pay not for the time you have spent in Internet, but for actual volume of information, either received or/and transferred during data transfer session (for example, accessing to Internet).
For example:
You were connected and have downloaded Internet page — once the download is completed, the charging stops no matter how long you stay connected to Internet. Charging will start over again when you download the next page or open the link to other resource. Thus, you pay only for actual volume of the information received and transferred.
