• System is available 24 hours and 7 days per week. You can visit my.kyivstar.ua website and get all the needed information at any time, without necessity to call to Kyivstar informational service.
• All you need to use My Kyivstar system is internet connection and browser.

Additional possibilities

• You can trace most expensive calls, browse most frequent numbers and receive reports formed with different criterions.
• With the help of address book located in system you can see not only numbers of your interlocutors, but also their names
• In case of phone lost you can easily restore entered in My Kyivstar address book numbers.

Tariffs

Monthly fee for service using is absent, charging is introduced only for detailed bills requested during current month.

Immediately after registration you can scroll through expenses for current month at special rate UAH 1 (for each request during month). Special rate is valid till the end of current month and one more calendar month as well. After this period first request during month is UAH 5, all the following request — UAH 1 per each.

Attention!

• All rates are indicated including VAT and excluding PF-duty.
• Payment for detailed bill is charged from subscriber’s balance.

How to become system’s user?

In order to connect, you should visit my.kyivstar.ua:

• Visit registration page and enter your number in 80ХХХХХХХХХ format and several chars indicated at picture.
• If there are several numbers registered on your personal account, you should register all of them.
• If you want to get single login and password for all numbers registered on your personal account, you should refer to nearest Customer Care Center.

My Kyivstar system uses HTTPS protocol, which supports data encryption.
