Due to the «Detailed bill monthly» service you have possibility to receive printed version of pay-sheet with full information about your non-zero calls during last month including date of every call, time, duration, cost and number of interlocutor. This pay-sheet will be included to monthly bill. How to activate serviceTo activate «Detailed bill monthly» service please refer to nearest Customer Care Center and grant an application form. Also it is possible to activate service using «My Kyivstar» self-care system («Services and special offers» option). If you have several numbers on personal account, it is possible to order service both for all numbers and for selected numbers only. TariffingService activation is free of charge. Monthly fee* is UAH 15 (including VAT; additional Pension fund fee is 7.5% of service cost excluding VAT). * If service is activated for several numbers on your personal account, each of them will be charged.
