SIM-card restoration

Kyivstar contract user has an opportunity to use SIM-card restoration service with number preserving if:

• SIM-card has been mechanically damaged
• SIM-card has been blocked by inputting wrong PUK-number
• SIM-card has been lost or stolen
• SIM-card has manufacturing defect

SIM-card restoration is done in the Customer Care Centers.

Cost of SIM-card restoration is UAH 20 including VAT; additional Pension fund fee is 7.5% of service cost excluding VAT. While ordering this service assets are taken away from balance of subscriber’s number.

Please pay attention!

• Your mobile number remains the same.
• Your balance will be saved (excluding cost of SIM-crad restoration service).
• Ordered services will be transferred on new SIM-card. Information written in the card’s memory is not restored.

Warranty

Warranty period for SIM-card is 1 year starting from moment of number activation. In the case of manufacturing defect SIM-card restoration is done for free.
