Dialing rules

Before dialing a number, you have to dial the following codes:

• 8-067 (or 097, 096) — for calls to mobile Kyivstar telephones.
• 8-code of operator — for calls to other mobile phones.
• 8-city code — for calls to city phones.
• "+"-country code-city code — for calls abroad.

You have also a possibility to use direct dial-function to reach a number inside the city you are staying.
