Call hold, call-waiting, conferencing

• Using the «call waiting» service you may, while speaking to subscriber simultaneously set up a connection with another one. When new subscriber appears on the line while you are talking you will be notified by several short beeps.
• Call hold service allows you to hold the line while speaking with one interlocutor, make an outgoing call and after that return to the first conversation.
• Conference call service will allow you to conduct conversation simultaneously with several subscribers.

Call-waiting service is connected automatically for all new Kyivstar contract subscribers. Call-waiting service will be activated for all Kyivstar contract, business and corporate subscribers during August 2008.

Tariffication

All listed services are included into the core set of GSM communications services and are active for all subscribers. Additional subscriber fee for these services is not charged.

Payment for the use of call waiting, call hold and conference call services is charged as if you made all hold calls separately. It means that payment is taken for every call depending on its duration, type of call (incoming/outgoing) and direction (mobile/within Ukraine/International).
