Credit transfer

Kyivstar prepaid and DJUICE subscribers may independently transfer money from one mobile account to another. It means that they may recharge accounts of their close ones or friends who are Kyivstar prepaid or DJUICE subscribers.

Your close ones may recharge your mobile account in the same way if you don’t have the possibility to do it yourself.

You may split the money between several accounts. If you want you may completely undertake all mobile expenses from your family or coworkers (Kyivstar prepaid and DJUICE subscribers) no matter how far they can be.

This service is especially useful for those subscribers who are staying in roaming or live in remote places and do not have a possibility to buy a scratch-card.

General information about this service

HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORKS

To transfer money form one handset to another one should:

1. Dial on his or her handset query on money transfer as follows:

*124*ХХХ*380ХХХХХХХХХ#
(sum) (subscribers number)
than press CALL key.

After you receive a USSD-response* which content subscriber’s number, the sum of a transfer and transfer confirmation code (we recommend you to note transfer confirmation code).

For example:

Vy perekazuete YYY grn abonentu 380XXXXXXXXX. Dlia pidtverdzhennia perekazu naberit’ *125*ZZZZ#. Vartist’ perekazu — 0.25grn.
(You are going to transfer UAH YYY to the subscribers number 380XXXXXXXXX, To confirm the transfer dial *125* XXXX#. Price of transfer is UAH 0,25.)

2. Money transfer confirmation:

Check if the subscriber’s number and the sum which you are going to transfer are correct. If everything is right, dial on your mobile transfer confirmation command as follows:

*125*XXXX#, where ХХХХ — is a special code of transfer confirmation, which you receive as a reply on your inquiry and press CALL key.

Transfer should be confirmed within 5 minutes, otherwise money would not be transferred. If you made a mistake or changed your mind do not send confirmation and transaction will be canceled in a 5 minutes.

If everything is done right you will receive a notification that money transfer inquiry is accepted:

Vash zapyt pryjnjato (your inquiry is accepted).

When transaction is accomplished you will receive an SMS containing confirmation of transaction and number of operation.

For example:

Vy perekazaly XX grn. abonentu 380XXХХХХХХX. ID tranzakcii: XXXXXХХХХХХХ
(you have transferred XX UAH to subscriber 380XXХХХХХХX. Transaction ID: XXXXXХХХХХХХ)

Also SMS about money transfer will be automatically sent to the number on which you transferred the money.

For example:

Abonent 38XXXХХХХХX popovnyv Vash rahunok na XX grn. ID tranzakcii: XXXXXХХХХХХХ
(Subscriber 38XXXХХХХХX charge your account with XX UAH. ID tranzakcii: XXXXXХХХХХХХ)

HOW TO CHEK YOUR BALANCE STATUS

In order to check your balance status dial from your mobile *111# and press a CALL key.

IT IS IMPRTANT TO KNOW:

Kyivstar does not hold any special offers or competitions using the credit transfer service and account recharge codes.
Subscriber is responsible for using the credit transfer service and for not disclosing recharge codes to the third parties.

1. Account recharge by using this new service does not exclude the usage of a scratch-cards.
2. Minimal sum which may be transferred is 1 UAH.
3. Transfer sum should be divisible by 1 UAH (without kopeks).
4. Transfer sum depends on the recipe’s account. For pre-paid service account volume is limited to 3000 UAH.
5. In order to transfer money sender have to have enough money on his or her account. To execute the minimal transfer (1 UAH) one have to have on his account more than 4,25 UAH.
6. The number of credit transfer operation is not limited.
7. One may receive money on his or her account only three times per day.
8. The service dos not have to be preliminary activated nor the phone needs to be especially adjusted.

*USSD — it is information which appears on the display of your phone and informs you about transfer progress (accomplished or failed).

Tariffication

From August 28, 2007 tariff for Credit transfer for all DJUICE and Kyivstar prepaid subscribers is 0,25 UAH.

Tariffs are indicated including VAT and duty to PF.
