Call divert

This service gives you the possibility to redirect your incoming calls, for example, to the fixed telephone number, in case when you cannot respond or are out of the Kyivstar GSM network coverage. You can redirect calls to all telephone terminals, for example to the city telephone, to other mobile telephone, to any telephone abroad or to your answering machine (Voice Mail service) to receive voice messages.

General information about this service

There are 4 types of redirection:

  • absolute (all calls are divert);
  • if not answered;
  • if telephone is off or is out of reach;
  • if the line is busy.

All types of call divert could be set up using the menu of your mobile telephone.

Some mobile telephone models support also additional types of call divert:

  • facsimile calls divert;
  • data calls divert.

These types of divert work if the «data transmission» or «facsimile transmission» services are ordered.

If your telephone does not support call redirection procedure setup you can activate redirection by entering service commands on your telephone.

Tariffication

Redirection service is included into base set of GSM communications services and is activated for all subscribers. No additional monthly fee is charged for this service.

One minute of redirect call is paid for as outgoing call depending on the call type and redirection direction (mobile/within Ukraine/international). For contract subscribers the calls redirection to the answering machine (Voice Mail service) is free of charge.
