Number renovation

If your telephone number is already blocked up prepaid service user has the possibility within 90 days to replenish his or her number without any additional payment, preserving his or her telephone number; a subscriber can again enjoy prepaid service. With activation of successive scratch-card account the unused balance is added to the newly entered sum. Also within this period a subscriber (while not in roaming) has the possibility to receive any incoming calls and SMS messages.

If within indicated 90 days a subscriber has not replenished his account or user of «Unlimited validity period» service has no payed outgoing calls within 365 days, the telephone number preservation is guaranteed for 31 days more. In this case in order to continue using prepaid service the user can apply to «Number Renovation» service.

In order to use this service you have to:

• Call to information center 8 (044) 466 2 466 or refer to nearest customer care center;
• Name your mobile telephone number, which should be renewed and SIM-card serial number (which is printed on the backside of the SIM-card);
• Order «Number Renovation» service;
• Replenish your account within following 7 days.

Tariffication

The cost of this service is 15 UAH, including 20% of VAT and excluding Pension Fund duty.
