General information

User of prepaid service has an opportunity to use SIM-card restoration service with number preserving if:

• SIM-card has been mechanically damaged
• SIM-card has been blocked by inputting wrong PUK-number
• SIM-card has been lost or stolen
• SIM-card has manufacturing defect

SIM-card restoration is done only in the Customer Care Centers.

In order to use this service one have to:

• Address to Customer Care Center (preliminary information can be received at numbers 8 (044) 466 2 466 or 8 (067) 466 2 466).
• To provide Company’s employee with information about number concerning SIM-card restore that is to mention phone number and reason of SIM-card restore.
• In order to register restoring one has to submit identifying document (passport or foreign passport), non-operating SIM-card (in the case if it is blocked, damaged or has manufacturing defect) or user manual original which is contained in the pack of ACE&BASE starting package (in the case if it is lost or stolen).
• To register application for SIM-card restore.
• To get new SIM-card.

If SIM-card is damaged or blocked only telephone number can be restored, information written in the card’s memory is not restored.

Warranty period for SIM-card is 1 year starting from moment of its warrant or non-warrant replacement.

Tariffication

In the case of manufacturing defect SIM-card restoration is done for free.

In the case if SIM-card is mechanically damaged, blocked, lost or stolen — card’s restoration cost is 20 UAH including VAT (20%) and excluding PF.

While ordering this service assets are taken away from balance of subscriber’s number. In the case of insufficient sum, balance should be replenished.
