General information about this service

To use StarSvit service, dial 815 — country code — city code/ network code — phone number — press call button. Before 815, additional dialing of 8 10 or + is not required.

Attention! Starting from June 12, 2008 cost of calls using «Starsvit» service during non-business time was reduced. Please refer to following table for details.

Service charging principles:

calls charging is done per second, starting from the first second,
for outgoing calls call set up fee is charged according to tariff plan.

Rates are indicated including 20% VAT, excluding PF duty.
