Voice Mail

If you cannot answer the call, Voice Mail will do it instead of you and will offer the caller to leave the message. You may listen to the messages left at any convenient time. Information about such messages will be sent to you as SMS-message.

General information about this service

How to connect and setup Voice Mail service?

1. Order the service:

   • call to 477 number (call is free);
   • select Additional Services Activation menu;
   • select Voice Mail Service Activation item;
   • confirm automatic call divert when out of reach or when the phone is off.

2. Personal mailbox setup:

   • call 775 number;
   • enter default password 4444 and press #;
   • listen to the general instructions in order to learn how to use service and:
     — setup new password (1—6 symbols);
     — record Ordinary Greetings and Greetings When The Line Is Busy;
     — record Voice Signature.

Advice! Think of and record interesting greetings and your friends will enjoy leaving messages for you.

How to use Voice Mail?

In order to listen to your messages, call to 775 or 777 numbers, enter your password and press #.

Note! If you are in roaming, dial +38067 2222 775, enter your number, password and press #.

General commands:

• 7 — pause / continue after pause
• 8 — tips on selected function
• 88 — general instructions
• 9 — back to the Main Menu
• * — one step back

Main actions with messages

• 2 — reply to message
• 3 — forward message
• 4 — save message
• 5 — delete message
• 6 — listen to the next message
• 7 — learn the number of person who left message for you

Note! You may send voice messages only to the numbers of Kyivstar and DJUICE subscribers.

Messages control

• 33 — go to the end of the message
• 11 — go to the beginning of the message
• 111 — go to the beginning of the previous message

Note! New message, which you haven’t listened to, will be saved for 10 days and the message, which you have heard and saved, will be stored for 30 days.

Personal mailbox settings:

Call 775 number (if you are in roaming dial +38067 2222 775, enter your number, password and press #.), enter your password and press #, then press:

• 341 — to change greetings;
• 342 — to change Voice Signature;
• 344 — to change the password;
• 345 — to change the service language.

Settings of a call divert to the numbers of Voice Mail:

You may setup call divert by using the menu of your telephone (see the handset manual) or you may divert calls by using special codes. Calls should be diverted to the following numbers: +380672222771.

• **67*+380672222771# — divert if busy;
• **61*+380672222771# — divert if not answered;
• **62*+380672222771# — diver if out of reach or not available;
• **21*+380672222771# — divert all calls.
• ##002# — cancel all diverts.

Note! To setup divert using codes dial the numbers combinations as if you are dialing a subscribers number and then press call key.

Advice! Record these codes to the phone or sim-card memory and save them as BUSY of OFF and so on.

Tariffication

Cost of call to service numbers +380672222777, +380672222775, 775, 777 within Kyivstar network for all contract subscribers, except «Unlimited» and «Business-Unlimited» rate plans clients — is 0,05 UAH/min (including VAT, excluding PF), per-second tariffication, calls that are longer than 2 seconds are not charged, call set-up fee is charged according to subscribers’ rate plan.

Cost of call to service numbers for contract subscribers, who are served on «Unlimited» and «Business-Unlimited» rate plans — 0,00 UAH, call set-up fee is charged according to subscribers’ rate plan.

Service activation — 5 UAH (for all Kyivstar subscribers and all DJUICE users)
