Kyivstar regularly makes all the tax payments, provides jobs for more than 4200 of Ukraine citizens, pays wages in due time, takes an active part in the development of regional infrastructure and in the social life. The Company has been a number one tax payer in Kyiv, making biggest tax replenishments to the capital budget, for several years in a row and was listed as one of the largest Ukrainian tax payers in 2009.

Kyivstar won the first audition of the All Ukrainian Ranking “Conscientous Tax Payers-2010”, which considered the relation between the paid profits tax and the earned revenue, fullness and prompteness of the tax levies payments, tax discipline, average wage rate and promptness of wage payment, number of jobs, list of conducted programs and fundraisers, sum of payed taxes and the importance of the enterpreneurial activities for the region and national economics. Kyivstar Company holds top positions by all these indexes, and that assured the high rating given by the Ukrainian Tax Payers Association — 98 points out of possible 100.
